Check the class schedule on my website to see when I’m teaching at Ashtanga Yoga Studio Linz. You can also book a private online class with me — just set up a call so we can arrange it together. (At the moment, I don’t offer online group classes.)

Just come and try! Don’t judge after a single class — give yourself at least a month of regular practice. That way, you’ll truly see whether yoga benefits you or if another activity feels better.
