Yoga is not a pill that instantly takes away pain. It requires commitment, showing up regularly, and working on yourself — not for body-shape goals, but for mind-shape goals. I am here to guide you on this journey of self-discovery, self-appreciation, and building a stronger version of yourself through yoga.

Namaste!

After struggling with endometriosis, I was searching for a practice that could truly help me feel better. I tried many things, but I couldn’t find the one sport or activity that would support my healing. Yoga has not magically cured me, but it helps me every single day — soothing my period pain and bringing clarity to my mind.

Yoga is the cessation of random thoughts governing your mind, and behind this ancient, complex system lies so much wisdom and benefit. I want to share with you everything I have learned (and continue to learn) so that your life can improve, too. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, period pain, or simply looking for more stability in your daily life, I’m here to show you what has worked for me.
